NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY & PROCEDURE FOR OFFICE VISIT
At Arthrose we make sure we provide best solutions to our patients in a timely manner. Best utilisation of time is thus of utmost importance. We have implemented a no show and cancellation policy which enables us to better utilise available appointments for our patients. This policy is with regard to patients who fail to keep up their appointment or arrive late to their scheduled clinic visit. When we schedule an appointment with you, please respect our time and call in advance in case you are unable to attend an appointment. This will help us reallocate appointment to someone who is in urgent need of treatment. Patients will have to contact the centre 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel their appointment.
All appointments will require prebooking with minimum 50% of appointment fee to be paid as an advance. Prebooking has to be done at least 24 hours prior to beginning of an appointment. This fee is nonrefundable in case of cancellation. Those patients who arrive late will have their appointment time adjusted subject to availability. Their appointment will be shifted to end of the day or rescheduled to some other day.
